This Privacy Policy explains how Resonant Field Systems LLC (“we,” “us,” “AuraDrop”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use AuraDrop, a platform for creating personalized digital experiences.

Information we collect

• Account information: your email address and display name, provided at signup.
• Content you provide: text you write (memories, dream descriptions, messages), photos you upload, and the people, relationships, and important dates you choose to save.
• Generated content: the images, stories, and other experiences AuraDrop creates from your inputs.
• Preferences: tone, themes, visual style, and music preferences you set.
• Transaction records: a history of credit purchases and usage. We do not store your payment card details — see Payments below.
• Usage data: basic activity needed to operate the service (e.g., drops created, shares, referrals).

How we use information

We use your information to generate and personalize your experiences, deliver and store your drops, process credit purchases, enable sharing and gifting at your direction, operate referrals, and provide support. Your preferences and saved people/dates are used to make generated experiences more personal.

AI-assisted generation

AuraDrop uses third-party AI providers (including Anthropic for text and Replicate for images) to generate experiences. The text prompts and any reference photos you submit for a drop are sent to these providers to produce your output. Generated likenesses are AI-assisted and approximate.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full payment card number. Stripe handles card data under its own security and privacy practices.

Storage

Account data, content, and generated media are stored using Supabase. Uploaded photos are held in private storage and are accessed via time-limited signed links for generation and your own viewing.

Sharing & gifting

When you choose to share or gift a drop, the content you share (image, title, story excerpt, and any gift message) becomes viewable by anyone with the link. Share and gift links do not expose your email or private account data.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your saved people, dates, and drops at any time. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us.
