Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of AuraDrop, operated by Resonant Field Systems LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

What AuraDrop is

AuraDrop is a digital platform for creating personalized experiences — including dream experiences, relationship experiences, celebrations, personal moments, and gifts — using AI-assisted text and image generation. All deliverables are digital. AuraDrop does not produce or ship physical products.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Credits

Experiences are unlocked using credits. New accounts receive complimentary welcome credits. Previews are free; unlocking the full experience spends credits. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and are for use within AuraDrop. Pricing is shown on the Pricing page.

Content you upload

You retain ownership of content you upload. You represent that you have the right to upload it and that you have consent to use any photos depicting other people. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to generate, store, and deliver your experiences. Do not upload others' images without their permission.

Content AuraDrop generates

Subject to these Terms and your having the rights to your inputs, you own the experiences you generate and may share, gift, or use them personally. Generated content is AI-assisted and may be imperfect or approximate; it is provided for personal, emotional, and creative use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use AuraDrop to create or share content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, deceptive, or that impersonates or depicts a real person without their consent. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Payments

Purchases are processed by Stripe. By purchasing credits you authorize the charge. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Disclaimers & liability

AuraDrop is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior three months.
