Refund Policy

This policy explains refunds for credit purchases on AuraDrop, operated by Resonant Field Systems LLC. AuraDrop sells digital credits used to unlock digital experiences.
Try before you buy
Every experience has a free preview before you spend any credits, so you can see the result before unlocking. We encourage previewing first.
Failed generations are automatically refunded
If an unlock fails to produce your experience, the credits for that unlock are automatically returned to your balance. You are never charged credits for a generation that did not complete.
Credit purchase refunds
Because credits are digital and may be used immediately:
- Unused credits: if you purchased a credit pack and have not used any of it, you may request a full refund within 14 days.
- Partially used packs: refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for the unused portion.
- Billing errors / duplicate charges: fully refunded promptly upon verification.
How to request a refund
Email AuraDropContact@outlook.com with your account email and the purchase in question. We respond within 1–3 business days. Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method.
Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a card dispute.
